Cooking and Baking

Tonight I made an egg bake for this next week and to freeze.  That went well.  Unfortunately, I tried to make some mini pizzas to freeze for snacks as well.  The unfortunate part came when I decided to eat some of the egg bake for dinner while I was cooking the pizzas.  And forgot about the pizzas.  Ugg... wasted food in the garbage.

And now I'm working on my cream cheese cupcakes for the party tomorrow.  I am hoping I can get them all done before I go out.  And I'm going to attempt frosting them tomorrow morning which I have never done to them before.

I'm going to do a chicken noodle soup tomorrow or Monday in the crockpot and to try the pizzas all over again.

Half-Marathon

I decided to run a half-marathon with my friend Kate that is Memorial weekend.

WHAT DID I DO TO MYSELF?

Next week is official start of training but I've been doing kickboxing, yoga, weight training, cross training and runs.

I'm gonna be buff.  SO buff.

Probably not, but I'm trying really hard to stay motivated.  So I'm going to work out tonight even though it is like -5 degrees right now and my apartment is warm and comfy and the TV is on.  This is why I need friends to help motivate me to go too.  My friend Kate was going to go but then she backed out because she was too tired.  Ugh... Now I don't want to go...

But I will.  I'm going to rock this marathon like it's never been rocked before.  And I'm gonna be so in shape. Better than I've been since Junior year of high school.

I also want these things... cause buying things helps motivate me...
